Erica Chappell, PT

Erica received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Science from Lock Haven University. She went on to complete her Master of Physical Therapy Degree at Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, GA. After receiving her PT degree, Erica returned home to PA where she has been practicing physical therapy in the Lock Haven area since 2007. In the fall of 2016, she opened Chappell Physical Therapy. She utilizes a hands-on approach, specialized to individual clients, which includes exercise, manual techniques as well as patient education in order to maximize the function of her patients and get them back to their normal daily routine. She loves helping people recover from their injuries and return to their sport or work. Erica is committed to doing the best job possible for her patients and takes pride in treating all age ranges and athletic abilities.  Restoring quality of life is what she loves and does best, and the principle on which she founded Chappell Physical Therapy.

Outside of the clinic, Erica enjoys raising Red Angus cattle with her husband, Dan, on their nearby farm. She also enjoys horseback riding, archery hunting, kayaking, mountain biking, fly fishing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Megan Cummings, Office Specialist

Megan is a 2009 graduate of Newport Business Institute. She has been with Chappell Physical Therapy since we opened our doors in the fall of 2016. She is a jack of all trades and does it all around here! She will be the person that greets you with a smile, helps to schedule your appointments, explains your insurance benefits, answers all questions related to billing and helps to keep things running in the physical therapy room by acting as an aide.

Away from the office, she enjoys spending time at home with her husband, Jared, and her step-son, Talon, taking care of her small farm where she has two horses, two dogs, and three cats. She loves horseback riding, taking walks with her dogs, gardening, kayaking, and Penn State!
